3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Storage and Retention
Generated Content: All content generated through our AI models, including images, videos, audio, and other outputs, is stored on our secure servers for 30 days after creation. After this period, generated content is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
Account Information: Personal account information is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request account deletion at any time, which will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Transaction Records: Payment and credit transaction records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes.
System Logs & Security Metadata: System logs, access records, and security-related metadata (including IP addresses, timestamps, and usage events) may be retained for a longer period where necessary for fraud prevention, security monitoring, abuse detection, legal compliance, and enforcement of our Terms and policies. Such data is retained only for as long as necessary and is subject to strict access controls.
5. Access to Generated Content
Generated content and input prompts may be accessed by authorized JAI Portal personnel strictly on a need-to-know basis for the following purposes:
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- System security and integrity
- Abuse detection and prevention
- Compliance with legal obligations
- Enforcement of our Terms of Service and AI Usage Policy
Such access is limited, logged, and subject to internal confidentiality obligations. We do not access user content for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to platform operation and security.
6. User Responsibility for Submitted Content
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit to the Service, including ensuring that any personal data included in input prompts or generated content is processed lawfully.
JAI Portal does not verify the legality of personal data submitted by users and does not assume responsibility for unlawful data processing initiated by user inputs.
7. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (payment processors, cloud hosting, analytics)
- AI Model Providers: Limited data necessary for processing your requests through third-party AI APIs

All payments are processed by CTM Informatics Software INC. (a Delaware, USA corporation) on behalf of JAI Portal, using Stripe as the payment infrastructure provider.
Your payment information is:

- Never stored on JAI Portal servers
- Protected by industry-standard encryption
