Digital Purchase / Distance Sales Terms

1. Parties & Subject

These Digital Purchase / Distance Sales Terms ("Purchase Terms") govern the sale of Credits/Tokens ("Credits") by JAI Portal to users. Credits are digital access units used only within JAI Portal to obtain AI generation services.

2. Prices & Payment

Credit prices and model costs are displayed before payment.
Prices may vary by model, compute requirements, and region.
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
Applicable taxes/VAT (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout.

3. Instant Digital Supply

Purchased Credits are supplied instantly after successful payment by being added to your JAI Portal account balance.

4. Use of Credits

Credits may be used only on JAI Portal.
Each generation consumes Credits based on the cost shown on the platform.
Credit costs may be updated from time to time; changes apply prospectively.

5. No Transfer / Resale

Credits are non-transferable and may not be resold or redistributed unless JAI Portal explicitly permits otherwise in writing.

6. Refunds & Withdrawal

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, incorporated here by reference.

In summary:

Unused Credits may be refundable within 14 days.
Used Credits are non-refundable.
In partial use cases, only the unused balance is refundable.

7. Immediate Performance Consent (EU/UK/TR)

Because Credits are digital and supplied instantly, users in EU/EEA, the UK, and Turkey may be asked at checkout to:

request immediate supply/performance, and
acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal/cancellation right may be lost once supply/performance begins.

If you provide this consent, withdrawal may no longer be available for the supplied/used portion.

8. Service Suspension / Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated for violating the Terms of Service or AI Usage Policy, unused Credits may be forfeited as described in the Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Purchase Terms are governed by the law stated in the Terms of Service.
